AR - Bomb squad detonates suspicious package
The Conway Fire Department's bomb squad detonated a suspicous package found in the driveway of a University of Central Arkansas police officer's home on Champions Drive Sunday.
The officer's mailbox was also closed with a zip tie.
After the package was detonated, emergency officials on scene noticed
that several mailboxes on the street were shut in a similar manner.
Chief Bart Castleberry said that individually wrapped peppermints were found in each mailbox and in the package located in the officer's driveway.
"I believe that no malicious intent was involved. Unfortunately we tied up a lot of equipment, personnel and resources, but that's O.K. That's what they are for. We like to err on the side of safety so no complaint there. It's all part of the job," Castleberry said.

Idiots! Cops are the stupidest people on the planet. It's obvious they recruit them for force, not brainpower.
