CT - No arrests planned in Stratford cop, resident clash

Fredericks is heard screaming and swearing repeatedly at Jennings to leave his property during several 911 calls he made at the scene during the dispute.

Fredericks' wife, June Palatiello, said she was eating dinner when a man she did not recognize drove a silver Lexus into their driveway. She ran outside to assist her husband when she realized he did not know the man and the stranger seemed to be refusing to leave.

"The man pulled out into the middle of the street, parked the car in the middle of the road and stopped traffic, got out of the car and told Dave to come out in the street and get him because he wasn't on our property anymore and Dave was looking at five to 10 years in prison if he touched him," she wrote in a police statement.

She added, "The entire time the man was here he would not identify himself. I asked him several times myself and so did Dave who he was. It was not until we were at the top of the driveway and Dave was on the phone with the police that he pulled out a badge and said he was with the DEA."
