PA - 'Stressed out' Schuylkill County fire company member set arsons
A member of a Schuylkill County fire company who told state police he relieved his stress by setting fires and being with the company was charged late Tuesday night with burning two barns last month.
Todd Alan Deem II, 20, of 105 Dorset Road in New Ringgold was charged with two counts each of arson, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief for starting fires at two barns, March 20 and April 10, in East Penn Township, Carbon County.
According to court records, Deem is a volunteer firefighter with the West Penn Township Fire Company.
