ALEXANDRIA, Minn. – A 19-year-old Perham man was arrested Tuesday after making threats against law enforcement officials in Alexandria.

The Alexandria Police Department received a call from a concerned person that Nathaniel James Boykin had threatened to shoot at police and ram his vehicle into police cars in hopes of being shot himself, according to authorities.
