MT - Online stalking by Prosecuters results in revoked probation

A Billings man recently charged with a felony drug offense while serving a suspended sentence has been arrested again for posts about “jack n cokes” and “margritas” on his MySpace page. 

Christian Joseph Nava, 23, appeared by video from jail Tuesday on a bench warrant before District Judge Gregory R. Todd. 

Nava posted a bond of $30,000 after appearing in court Feb. 22on a felony charge for possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Prosecutors have now filed a third petition to revoke Christian Nava’s suspended sentence after a probation officer found online postings in which he boasts about consuming alcohol on the social-networking Web site MySpace.
