KEALIA, Kauai (Hawaii News Now) – An ocean front home on Kauai's east side that was recently priced at just under ten million dollars is expected to fetch between three to seven million dollars at auction next month. The 6,000 square-foot home and an adjoining five-acre lot will go up for bid March 8, according to Florida-based Concierge Auctions. Concierge is selling the parcels in conjunction with Koa Properties of Kilauea.

The three-bedroom home sits atop a bluff on over five acres of land.It features sweeping ocean views, a guest cottage, heated swimmingpool, exercise room and numerous other amenities.

"Large, private ocean bluff parcels are rare in Kauai," said Neal Norman of Koa Properties "This auction represents a unique opportunity for any buyer searching for premier Hawaii real estate."

The adjacent five-acre lot is expected to sell for between $500,000 and $1.5 million. It is also oceanfront and construction of both a main and guest house is allowable on the parcel.
