Unnamed official tells Fox News FBI doesn't have full video of Flight 253 attack
By Jonathan Oosting | MLive.comAn unnamed source identified only as a law enforcement official tells Fox News authorities do not have full video of the bombing attempt aboard Detroit-bound Flight 253 on Christmas day.
The FBI obtained snapshots and "brief" video clips from some passengers' cell phones, the source said.
Days earlier, a Wisconsin family aboard the plane told a radio station their daughter witnessed a man recording the whole flight.
"He sat up and videotaped the entire thing, very calmly," said Patricia Keepman. "We do know that the FBI is looking for him intensely. Since then, we've heard nothing about it."
And Jackson native Beau Taylor, sitting about ten rows behind suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, on Monday told MLive.com he saw a man a few rows behind him videotaping the incident.
"There’s definitely footage from the time it was mission critical, tothe time they hauled (Abdulmutallab) to the front," he said. "Itold them 100 percent there was a guy filming."
