I feel like I'll never completely be able to purify our lifestyle.

I can only do one thing at a time, yesterday it was Soap/Shampoo.

I'm a big reader, read 4 books at a time most times.

I recently got done with a book called "Out Of Control" which was about the lack of regulations that Child Protection Services has to abide by.  They talk about "Ammonia Therapy" for children who act out sexually - ages 7 - 18 - mostly boys.  These boys are made to go through two to three 30 minute sessions per day of inhaling AMMONIA in order to suppress sexual urges.  Pretty bad stuff, but that is just the beginning of it - look for another post of mine that will go into detail.  Back to this post though.

Totally two separate issues in two totally separate references..........  Both revolve around the use of AMMONIA!

As of last night we've switched to the basic Dr. Bronners Castille Soap.  I'm not entirely thrilled with how my hair feels today.  It's pretty dry feeling but very squeaky clean.  I'm going to go to their website today and order something more aimed at hair rather than just general use.  I found it at Fred Meyer's for $8.99 for the medium size.  

I definitely feel better about using it and washing our child with it.

Oh yeah - one more thing about Suave Shampoo - they use a chemical compound that opens your pores on your scalp.  Sounds really safe eh?
